Consignor: A person who engages us to consigns and sell items through our platform.
COnsignEE: SECONDed is the consignee, who has been engaged to sell items.
Items: Preloved goods, including clothing and accessories available for sale or consignment on our website.
3. Consignment Agreement
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to consign items with us.
Item Submission: Consignors must submit items through our consignment form. All items must meet our standards of quality and be in clean, usable condition and comply with our rules. we take all brands, except for kmart, big w, shein etc.
Commission: We charge a commission fee of 30% on all items sold. This commission is deducted from the final sale price.
Payment: Once the item is sold, consignors will be paid at the end of the agreed sale period e.g., within 7-10 business days. Payments are made via paypal/bank transfer.
Unsold Items: Unsold items may be returned to the consignee, donated to charity, or kept at the consignee's discretion.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Purchases: All sales are final unless they comply with our refund policy. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees may apply, and these will be calculated during checkout.
Payment: Buyers agree to provide accurate payment details and promptly pay for any items purchased.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer shipping services for buyers. Shipping costs are $10.50 flat rate. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items once they are shipped. Buyers should contact the shipping carrier for any issues related to delivery.

Consignors may not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or hazardous items on the website. We reserve the right to remove such items at our discretion.
