SIZING

We use Australian sizing standards as indicated on the label of the item. for items which use overseas sizing, we will convert this to australian sizes which will be included in the item description.

CLICK AND COLLECT

AVAILABLE FOR GEELONG LOCALS, OR ANYONE PASSING THROUGH. Click and collect is available on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO ORGANISE A SUITABLE TIME FOR COLLECTION. ONCE ORGANISED YOU WILL BE PROVIDED THE ADDRESS FOR COLLECTION AS WELL AS A CODE AND LOCKER NUMBER TO RETRIEVE YOUR ITEM/S. 

SHIPPING

sHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AUS WIDE. IT IS $10.50 FLATRATE. ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED WE WILL SEND THE ITEM WITHIN 1-2 DAYS. yOU WILL RECEIVE SHIPPING INFORMATION ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SENT. 

RETURNS

At SECONDed, we offer quality second hand items. Each piece undergoes a thorough inspection before being listed for sale. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and ensure that our photographs represent the true colour and size of the item. While we cannot guarantee that every item will be accurate sizing due to variations in sizing across brands, we endeavor to provide measurements and details to assist you in making informed decisions before making a purchase.

If, however, an item doesn't match the description, SECONDed will provide a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition with the SECONDed tag attached and intact and be within 30 days. 

PROCESS

Returns can be initiated by contacting us at seconded.preloved@outlook.com. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the item to SECONDed.

RETURN COST

Returned items can be shipped back to us at your own expense or dropped off in person. Please allow sufficient time for the item to reach us within the 30-day window.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be processed via PayPal/bank transfer within 7 days of the returned item being received by SECONDed.
